Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested by the customer and approved by Crep Shop prior to items being shipped back to our store.
If your return is approved, we will advise you on the best way to get your item back to us.
Change of Size
Returns for a change of size are eligible if requested within 14 days of purchase. In the event the desired size is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit for the purchase amount.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. The original box must be included and free from any damage or markings. We cannot accept any returns where the shoebox is used as the shipping box or has labels taped directly on it. Instead, please utilize the box the item was originally delivered in or an alternative box, not a satchel.
Bundle Returns
Should you need to return an item from a bundle, you do not need to send back the entire bundle. However, please note that the only options available are an exchange for size or a store credit for the specific amount you paid for the item in the bundle.
Gift Cards
Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
