Do you have click and collect?

Yes, we do! Our items on the website will state whether they are available to collect in store and at which location. When your order is ready to pick up, we will send you an email to let you know and to show our staff in store when you collect your order.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send you an email once your order is on the way to your delivery address. Your tracking email will contain a link and number that you can use with Australia Post (unless otherwise specified by us) to track your delivery.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the number that you will receive via email, notifying you that your order is currently in transit.

What if I can't find my order and it's marked as delivered?

Ensure that your parcel has not been left at your door, with another person at your residence or taken back to the post office. If you still cannot locate your order, please reach out to us via support@crepshop.com.au

We will then lodge an investigation with Australia Post to see if we can locate the item or determine alternative solutions for you.
