FREE Standard Shipping for Australian Orders Over $100 

Standard Flat Rate - $5 within Australia for orders under $100
Flat Rate Express Shipping - $10 within Australia for all orders

guidelines to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. For any inquiries regarding

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that this may be longer during promotional and holiday periods. Specific items that are pre-order or have extended processing times will be noted in the product description on our website.

Shipping Information
Standard Shipping: Orders will be delivered in 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Orders will be delivered in 2-4 business days.
We utilize Australia Post for all our deliveries; customers cannot select one-off couriers for their
orders.

International Shipping
We offer a flat international shipping rate of $30 via (Australia Post in conjunction with your local courier)

Unclaimed Parcels
In the event a parcel is not delivered or collected/returned to sender, we will make a one-time effort to reach out to the
recipient about the unclaimed item. If no response is received within 5 business days, a return will be processed once the parcel has returned to the store.
