Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-4 business days Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that this may be longer during promotional and holiday periods.
*Specific items that are pre-order or have extended processing times will be noted in the product description on our website.

Shipping Information
Standard Shipping: Orders will be delivered in 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Orders will be delivered in 2-4 business days.
We utilize Australia Post for all our deliveries; customers cannot select one-off couriers for their orders. Shipping dates do not include processing & packing times. 

International Shipping
We offer a flat international shipping rate of $30 via (Australia Post in conjunction with your local courier)

Unclaimed Parcels
In the event a parcel is not delivered or collected/returned to sender, we will make a one-time effort to reach out to the recipient about the unclaimed item. If no response is received within 5 business days, a return will be processed once the parcel has returned to the store.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested by the customer and approved by Crep Shop prior to items being shipped back to our store.

If your return is approved, we will advise you on the best way to get your item back to us. 

Change of Size
Returns for a change of size are eligible if requested within 7 days of purchase in store or date of delivery to your address. In the event the desired size is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit for the purchase amount.

Change of Mind
Returns requested for change of mind are at Crep Shop's discretion and may be refused. 

Final Sale Items 
Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchange of size.  If a return on used goods is required, please be advised that we will issue a credit unless under special circumstances. 

Used
Used and secondhand products are overall considered FINAL SALE at Crep Shop. For any concerns regarding a used product that you have purchased, please attend the store of purchase with the item or email us a photo of your concern. 

Condition of Returns
 All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. The original box must be included when applicable and free from any damage or markings. We cannot accept any returns where the shoebox is used as the shipping box or has labels taped directly on it. Instead, please utilize the box the item was originally delivered in or an alternative box, not a satchel.

Bundle Returns
Should you need to return an item from a bundle, you do not need to send back the entire bundle. However, please note that the only options available are an exchange for size or a store credit for the specific amount you paid for the item in the bundle.

Gift Cards
Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Important: We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria and will ship the item back to you.
